	Transformations:
	Venus Power Make-Up! 「ヴィーナス・パワー・メイクアップ！　Vīnasu Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Minako's Transformation Pen, so she can upgrade her Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Sailor Venus. When Minako yells out the phrase above, it activates her Pen and she becomes Sailor Venus.
	Venus Star Power Make-Up! 「ヴィーナス・スター・パワー・メイクアップ！　Vīnasu Sutā Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Minako's Star Power Stick, so she can upgrade her Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Sailor Venus. When Minako yells out the phrase above, it activates her Stick and she becomes Sailor Venus.
	Venus Crystal Power Make-Up! 「ヴィーナス・クリスタル・パワー・メイクアップ！　Vīnasu Kurisutaru Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Minako's Crystal Change Rod, so she can upgrade her Super Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Super Sailor Venus. When Minako yells out the phrase above, it activates her Rod and she becomes Super Sailor Venus.
	Powers:
	Crescent Beam! 「クレッセント・ビーム！　Kuressento Bīmu!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. Two crescent moons appear with their openings facing in opposite direction. Sailor Venus touches the crescents with her right index finger, points towards her target, and holds her right arm down with her left hand. A golden beam of light shoots from her right index finger towards the enemy.
	Crescent Beam Shower! 「クレッセント・ビーム・シャワー！　Kuressento Bīmu Shawā!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. A powered-up version of "Crescent Beam". The single golden beam of light first splits into many and then converges on her target with a vengeance.
	Random Shower of the Crescent Beam of Anger! 「」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. This attack was used against Tiger's-eye and Hawk's-eye. Sailor Venus generated a huge force which she throws at them. This is released as random streaks of crescent beams.
	Venus Love Me Chain! 「ヴィーナス・ラブ・ミー・チェーン！　Vīnasu Rabu Mī Chēn!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. After Sailor Venus throws her arms to her side, her hair blows vertically into the air, as an endless chain of golden hearts begin to spiral around her body. As she spins around she rises her right arm above her chest, extending her right arm straight into the air and waves her index, pinkie and thumb from side to side. Venus then lowers her right arm, pointing towards the target and the chain of heart spiral away from her body to destroy the enemy. [This chain can also be used like a whip or even a harness]
	Certain Kill! Love Me Moon Chain! 「必殺！ラブミー・ムーン・チェーン！　Hissatsu! Rabu Mī Mūn Chēn!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. A Shorter version of "Venus Love Me Chain". This was used when Sailor Venus used the Disguise Pen and became Sailor Moon. This attack was used against the Daimon Cenicienta.
	Venus Love and Beauty Shock! 「ヴィーナス・ラブ・アンド・ビューティ・ショック！　Vīnasu Rabu Ando Byūti Shokku!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. Sailor Venus extends her right arm out with her fingers outstretched and begins the attack with yelling her guardian planet, "Venus!". The Venus Planetary Symbol glows on her palm and from that sparks of golden energy are released.
	Attacks:
	Sailor Kick! 「セーラー・キック！　Sērā Kikku」 Sailor Venus used this attack when disguised as Sailor Moon.
	Combo Attacks:
	Sailor Teleport! 「セーラー・テレポート！　Sērā Terepōto!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form.
	Sailor Planet Power! 「セーラー・プラネット・パワー！　Sērā Puranetto Pawā!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form.
	Sailor Planet Attack! 「セーラー・プラネット・アタック！　Sērā Puranetto Atakku!」 This requires Minako to be in her Sailor Venus form. This is a combo attack that is used by Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They harness their powers together to eliminate a very tough enemy.
	Silver Crystal Power! 「シルバー・クリスタル・パワー！　Shirubā Kurisutaru Pawā!」 This requires Makoto to be in her Sailor Jupiter form. "The Power of Love & Friendship". This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chibi Moon. They hold hands in a circle with Super Sailor Moon in the middle and when yelling the phrase above, their planet power would be harnessed together along with the Silver Crystal's energy to create a powerful beam of cleansing light, which smashed Princess Snow Kaguya into pieces and the same with her ice comet.
	Sailor Special Garlic Attack! 「セーラー・スペシャル・ガーリック・アタック！　Sērā Supesharu Gārikku Atakku!」 This requires Minako to be in her Super Sailor Venus form. This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They breathe the garlic they ate the previous day onto the enemy. This appeared in the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon SuperS special part 3.
