「変身ペン Henshin
Pen」 This powerful item was given to Minako by Artemis. This was used by Minako to transform into Sailor Venus. The top half of this Transformation Pen is made from pure gold, while the bottom half is made from a yellow colored solid material. Once the words "Venus Power Make-Up!" are yelled, the top the pen would activate. The Venus planetary symbol would light up and rapidly spin, while the sphere behind it glows yellow. The star ribbon stream that transform Minako into Sailor Venus originate from this sphere. |

「戦闘服 Sentōfuku」 This is Sailor Venus' outfit when she has transformed. It consists of strapped high heel shoes, short skirt, gloves etc. When becoming Super Sailor Venus, a star decorations is fixed to her choker, the ribbon on the back of her skirt gets longer. |

Tiara
「ティアラ Tiara」 When Minako transforms into Sailor Venus this would be placed on her forehead. This disappears to reveal her planetary symbol, to focus her personal energy when using an ultimate planetary attack. |

「通信機 Tsūshinki」 This is the hand-held communication device used by the Sailor Soldiers to help contact each other. They are high-tech devices with both an audio and visual component. |

Pawā Sutikku」 Luna & Artemis gave Minako this upgraded transformation Item. This is the second transformation tool she used by Minako to become Sailor Venus. |

「腕時計型の通信機 Udedokei
Kata no Tsūshinki」 This is the replacement for the original Communication Device. It is as upgraded version which is easier to access. These were given to the Sailor Soldiers by Luna and Artemis, to help them contact each other. Each has their planetary symbol on the inside of it and flashes when an alert is coming through, or when only the audio track is being sent. The video component is viewed through the inside of the upper panel. |
