Pluto Planet Power Make-Up! 「プルート・プラネット・パワー・メイクアップ！ Purūto Puranetto Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Setsuna's Lip Rod so she can upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the guardian of time and space Sailor Pluto. When Setsuna yells out the phrase above, it activates her Lip Rod and she becomes Sailor Pluto. |

Time Stop 「時間よとまれ Jikan yo Tomare」 This requires Sailor Pluto's Garnet Rod. This attack was only used once and Sailor Pluto was punished. This ability was held secret from the other Sailor Soldiers and was forbidden, but Sailor Pluto has to use this to save herself, Uranus and Neptune in a helicopter explosion. |

Silver Crystal Power! 「シルバー・クリスタル・パワー！ Shirubā Kurisutaru Pawā!」 This requires Setsuna Meiō to be in her Sailor Pluto form. "The Power of Love & Friendship". This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Moon, Sailormercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chibi Moon. They hold hands in a circle with Super Sailor Moon in the middle and when yelling the phrase above, their planet power would be harnessed together along with the Silver Crystal's energy to create a powerful beam of cleansing light, which smashed Princess Snow Kaguya into pieces and the same with her ice comet. |
