Planet Power Make-Up! 「ネプチューン・プラネット・パワー・メイクアップ！ Nepuchūn Puranetto Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Michiru's Lip Rod so she can upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the soldier of the oceans Sailor Neptune. When Michiru yells out the phrase above, it activates her Lip Rod and she becomes Sailor Neptune. |

Silver Crystal Power! 「シルバー・クリスタル・パワー！ Shirubā Kurisutaru Pawā!」 This requires Michiru to be in her Sailor Neptune form. "The Power of Love & Friendship". This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chibi Moon. They hold hands in a circle with Super Sailor Moon in the middle and when yelling the phrase above, their planet power would be harnessed together along with the Silver Crystal's energy to create a powerful beam of cleansing light, which smashed Princess Snow Kaguya into pieces and the same with her ice comet. |
