This requires Usagi's Transformation Brooch. This allows Usagi to upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the fighter for love and justice Sailor Moon. When Usagi yells out the phrase above, it activates her brooch and she becomes Sailor Moon. {001}
Moon Power!
「ムーン・パワー！　Mūn Pawā!」

This Requires Usagi's Transformation Pen. This is used so that Usagi can disguise herself as other people. Usagi holds up the pen, yelling Moon Power! and then giving it the disguise type.
Moon Crystal Power Make-Up!
「ムーン・クリスタル・パワー・メイクアップ！　Mūn Kurisutaru Pawā Meikuappu!」

This requires Usagi's Crystal Star. This allows Usagi to upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the fighter for love and justice Sailor Moon. When Usagi yells out the phrase above, it activates her brooch and she becomes Sailor Moon.
Moon Cosmic Power Make-Up!
「ムーン・コズミック・パワー・メイクアップ！　Mūn Kozumikku Pawā Meikuappu!」

This requires Usagi's Cosmic Heart Compact. This allows Usagi to upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the fighter for love and justice Sailor Moon. When Usagi yells out the phrase above, it activates her compact and she becomes Sailor Moon.
Crisis Make-Up!
 「クライシス・メイクアップ！　Kuraishisu Meikuappu!」

This requires Sailor Moon's Holy Grail. This allows Sailor Moon to upgrade to her Super Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Super Sailor Moon. She would hold up the grail over her head as the power of the grail would be released, and she would break free from a butterfly cocoon which ends up being her new extended back bow.
Moon Crisis Make-Up!
「ムーン・クライシス・メイクアップ！　Mūn Kuraishisu Meikuappu!」

This requires Usagi's Crisis Moon Compact. This allows her to upgrade to her Sailor Soldier Outfit and become Super Sailor Moon. When Usagi yells out the phrase above, along with Chibiusa, both compacts activate and Usagi becomes Super Sailor Moon.
Moon Eternal Make-Up!
 「ムーン・エターナル・メイクアップ！　Mūn Etānaru Meikuappu!」

This requires Usagi's Eternal Moon Article. This allows Usagi to upgrade to her Eternal Sailor Soldier Outfit and become the fighter for love and justice Eternal Sailor Moon. When Usagi yells out the phrase above, and passes her hand over the infrared mark, it activates her article and she becomes Eternal Sailor Moon.

Moon Tiara Action!
「ムーン・ティアラ・アクション！　Mūn Tiara Akushon!」

This Requires Sailor Moon's Tiara. This attack is used to kill Dark Kingdom Yōma. Sailor Moon removes her Tiara and balances it on her fingers, turning it into a glowing discus. After slowly spinning around once, she takes aim, and with great force, throws the discus at her target. {001}


 Moon Tiara Stardust!
「ムーン・ティアラ・スターダスト！　Mūn Tiara Sutādasuto!」

 This Requires Sailor Moon's Tiara. This attack is used to return humans who have been possessed by Dark Kingdom Yōma, back into humans. The attack sequence is the same as Moon Tiara Action, except the words are changed to Moon Tiara Stardust and the target is purified of evil possession. Instead of hitting the enemy, the tiara circles above them, sprinkling them with stardust and returning them to normal.
Moon Healing Escalation!
「ムーン・ヒーリング・エスカレーション！　Mūn Hīringu Esukarēshon!」
This Requires Sailor Moon's Moon Stick. This was originally used to heal humans that had been turned into one of the Seven Yōma, but was later used when Kunzite also turned humans into Yōma. Needing more power than the "Moon Tiara Stardust" could produce, Luna brought forth this item so Sailor Moon could perform this more powerful attack. Sailor Moon would flip the Moon Stick into the air, allowing it to spin several times in mid air, after which she would firmly grasp it and hold it close to her face and the three small gems near the crescent base would begin to glow in sequence. After Sailor Moon traces a full-body circle with the wand, the target is showered in radiant light and cleansed of negative energy.
Moon Princess Halation!
「ムーン・プリンセス・ハレーション！　Mūn Purinsesu Harēshon!」

 This Requires Sailor Moon's Cutie Moon Rod. This was used to defeat Cardians & Droids. With a full moon in the background, Sailor Moon swings the rod in the air and the top of the rod would glow and start to concentrate its energy. After doing so, Sailor Moon would then spin around once; then stopping and holding the rod horizontally at eye level. She finishes the attack maneuver by swinging the rod a few more times, pointing it at her target and ending the attack phrase. Crescent moons shoot out from the rod annihilating the enemy upon contact.
Moon Spiral Heart Attack!
「ムーン・スパイラル・ハート・アタック！　Mūn Supairaru Hāto Atakku!」

This Requires Sailor Moon's Spiral Heart Moon Rod. This is used to defeat Daimon. At the beginning of this attack, the center jewel on the rod would start flashing. Sailor Moon holds it in her right hand, and holds it up vertically with her left arm bent and her hand behind her right elbow. After energy swirls out of the rod, Sailor Moon would twirl and spin around as the rod charges up. After a few twists and spins, Sailor Moon would come to a pose consisting of her left leg bent in front of her body, her right arm extended with the rod standing vertically, and her left arm raised horizontally. After which she would kneel with her left hand on he hips and her right raising the rod into the air above her head and releasing spiraling hearts which would come together to create one large heart which would smash into the Daimon, destroying it.
Rainbow Moon Heartache!
「レインボー・ムーン・ハートエイク！　Reinbō Mūn Hātoeiku!」

 This Requires Super Sailor Moon's Holy Grail and her Spiral Heart Moon Rod. This was used to defeat the new improved, stronger Daimon. Super Sailor Moon would do the same twirls that she does in Moon Spiral Heart Attack, except when she finished the attack she would balance herself with one hand to the ground and the other holding the rod above her head while a spiraling ribbon would shoot out joining to create a huge heart and destroy the Daimon.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation!
「ムーン・ゴージャス・メディテイション！　Mūn Gōjasu Mediteishon!」

 This requires Pegasus' Power and Super Sailor Moon's Kaleido-Moon-Scope. This attack is used to defeat Lemures. Before Super Sailor Moon can use this attack, Super Sailor Chibi Moon has to call upon Pegasus for his power buy using her Crystal Carillon. Once Pegasus has generated the scope the red crystal on the top starts to flash as Super Sailor Moon places a firm grip on the scope's handle with her right hand, then holding it behind her back with her left arm outstretched. She then places the scope in front of her face as pink wings flap out from the shaft of the wand. She holds the scope outstretched with her left hand behind the top jewel, then she arches her right arm with the wand facing forward and her left arm outstretched, which she then spins around and makes a pose, which consists of her right leg being raised up and both her arms arching up so the scope is diagonal. She then kneels on the ground with one knee and pulls her arm back while saying the attack words. Wind starts to blow, and Super Sailor Moon pushes her right arm forward and left arm back, as the Kaleido-Moon-Scope creates colorful glass images which then implode into the tip of the scope and with a powerful burst of energy, it's released as hundreds of glass shards. Lemures of the Amazon Trio would be engulfed in the glass pieces, whereas Lemures of the Amazones Quartet would crack in half and then smash into pieces.

This was also used as a double team attack by Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon. This attack was used to enter the core of the Black Dream Hole and destroy it from the inside. Both Sailor Soldiers generated their own Kaleido-Moon-Scope (without the help of Pegasus), then leaped into the air and yelling the attack phrase which charged up the scopes and allowed them to go straight through the Dream Hole and in destroying it. {SuperS Movie}
Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!
「スターライト・ハネムーン・セラピー・キッス！　Sutāraito Hanemūn Serapī Kissu!」

 This Requires Eternal Sailor Moon's Eternal Tiare. This attack was used to return humans that had been turned into Phage, back into humans. Eternal Sailor Moon twirls around, as her Tiare would spin around at an extremely fast motion in front of her. She then holds the Tiare outstretched in front of her, and slowly spins around a few times. After this she holds it up, and the Tiare creates pink beams of light, and feathers which cover the monster, turning it back into a human and the Starseed would go back into the person.
Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss!
「シルバー・ムーン・クリスタル・パワー・キッス！　Shirubā Mūn Kurisutaru Pawā Kissu!」

 This Requires Eternal Sailor Moon's Final Tiare, which is her Eternal Tiare with the Holy Moon Cálice attached to it. This is a powered up attack which cleanses the Phage and turns them back into humans.
  Silver Moon Crystal Power!
「シルバー・ムーン・クリスタル・パワー！　Shirubā Mūn Kurisutaru Pawā!」

 This Requires Eternal Sailor Moon's Final Tiare, which is her Eternal Tiare with the Holy Moon Cálice attached to it. This is her most powerful attack which has the Tiare extend to a great length and using full power of healing. A similar unnamed attack was used to heal Queen Nehellenia.

  Sailor Teleport!
「セーラー・テレポート！　Sērā Terepōto!」

This is a combination attack that requires Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto, & Minako to be in their Sailor Soldier forms. This attack has only been seen used by Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter & Venus. The five Sailor Soldiers harness their planetary powers together by holding hands in a circle and yelling out their current power-up phrase (e.g. Moon Crystal Power). Once completed, themselves or their cat guardian will activate the power by yelling "Sailor Teleport" which will then transport them to their desired location. They used this to escape Rubeus' UFO when it was self-destructing.

「セーラー・プラネット・パワー！　Sērā Puranetto Pawā!」

This is a combination attack that requires Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto, & Minako to be in their Sailor Soldier forms.
  Sailor Planet Attack!
「セーラー・プラネット・アタック！　Sērā Puranetto Atakku!」

 This is a combo attack that is used by Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They harness their powers together to eliminate a very tough enemy.
  Silver Crystal Power!
「シルバー・クリスタル・パワー！　Shirubā Kurisutaru Pawā!」

"The Power of Love & Friendship". This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Moon, Sailormercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chibi Moon. They hold hands in a circle with Super Sailor Moon in the middle and when yelling the phrase above, their planet power would be harnessed together along with the Silver Crystal's energy to create a powerful beam of cleansing light, which smashed Princess Snow Kaguya into pieces and the same with her ice comet.
  Moon Crisis Power!
 「ムーン・クライシス・パワー！　Mūn Kuraishisu Pawā!」

This phrase was used by Super Chibi Moon and Super Sailor Moon to activate the power of the Golden Crystal. This also involved all the dreamers of planet Earth in saying the phrase.

  Sailor V Kick!
 「セーラーブイ・キック！　Sērā Bui Kikku!」

 An attack used by Usagi Tsukino against her brother Shingo after he called her an idiot. Based on an attack used by the super hero Sailor V, although this kick of course backfired on Usagi when Shingo closed the front door on her, causing her knee to slam into it. {001}
Sailor Moon Kick!
「セーラ・ムーン・キック！　Sērā Mūn Kikku!」

This requires Usagi to be in her Sailor Moon form. This attack has Sailor Moon jumping high into the air, bending her right leg and extending her left. While yelling the phrase above, she would finish the attack with a powerful kick to the enemy.
  Sailor Body Attack!
「セーラ・ボディ・アタック！　Sērā Bodi Atakku!」

This requires Usagi to be in her Sailor Moon form.
  Double Sailor Moon Kick!
「ダブル・セーラームーン・キック！　Daburu Sērā Mūn Kikku!」

This is a double moon attack used by Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon. They would both leap into the air, extending one leg each and bending the other. After yelling the phrase, they would finish the attack with a powerful kick to the enemy.
