Henshin Brooch 「変身ブローチ　Henshin Burōchi」

Translates as "Transformation Brooch", this was the brooch given to Usagi by Luna so she could transform into Sailor Moon. It's gold in color features the aura colors of Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus around the edge. The brooch is activated when Usagi yells the phrase: "Moon Prism Power Make Up!" which causes it to release pink ribbons around Usagi's body, transforming her into Sailor Moon. When not in use, Usagi will wear it on her school uniform (attached to her chest bow), or on non-school days, she carries it around in a pocket.

 		 Sentofuku 「戦闘服　Sentōfuku」

Translates as "Combat Uniform", this is Usagi's Sailor Soldier Outfit when she has transformed into Sailor Moon. There are 3 distinct different styles of the this outfit: Original, Super, and Eternal.

Her Sailor Moon outfit consists of two hair lockets, crescent moon dangling earrings, a chocker with a crescent moon attached, a sailor collar, front and back bow, elbow length gloves, mini skirt, and knee high boots.

Her Super Sailor Moon outfit consists of earrings in the shape of crescent moons, her choker becomes yellow with a pink heart attached, her collar lines are gold, light pink shoulder protectors that resemble wings, her skirt bow increases in length and is also light pink. Her skirt becomes white with blue and yellow at the bottom and the same heart shaped locket is featured in the middle at the start of the skirt material. Also white feather like objects are placed on her hair.

Her Eternal outfit is the most different of the 3. With this, she gains white wings (decoration only), her crescent moon mark replaced her tiara, her boots are white, her wing protectors become round sphere, her gloves are even higher, her skirt has yellow black and red, her chocker attachment becomes a heart with a crescent moon, her earrings become stars and crescent moons, and her back bow becomes a thin split piece of red material. She also retains the white feather like objects on her hair. Her front bow now is wing type shape also.

Moon Tiara 「ムーン・ティアラ　Mūn Tiara」

When Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon this would be placed on her forehead. She also removes this to perform her 'Moon Tiara Action' and "Moon Tiara Stardust" attacks. Sailor Moon can also control the intensity of the Tiara's attack power, or even stop it in mid-air. When upgrading to Eternal Sailor Moon, her tiara is no longer used.

Henso Pen 「変装ペン　Hensō Pen」

Translates as "Disguise Pen", this was given to Usagi by Luna to help her disguise herself into different people, so she could get in and out of places without being noticed. This can also be used when already in Sailor Soldier form. Sailor Venus once used it to disguise herself as Sailor Moon, to trick Kaolinite into thinking she was Sailor Moon instead of Usagi. Also, when using the pen, Usagi also acquires the skills of who she turns into. To activate the pen, Usagi yells the phrase "Moon Power!" then tells it what disguise she requires. The Disguise Pen has been used for the following disguises:

- Beautiful Announcer
- Cool grown-up Musician
- Woman Doctor who works at a University Hospital
- Cool Bus Attendant
- Beautiful Camera Woman
- Fortune-teller of Love
- Cute Sailor
- Sweet & Stylish Kindergarten Teacher
- Sailor Moon Look-alike (used by Sailor Venus)
Tsūshinki 「通信機　Tsūshinki」

Translates as "Communicator Device". This is the hand-held communication tool used by the Sailor Soldiers to help contact each other. They are high-tech devices with both an audio and visual component.
Moon Stick 「ムーン・スティック　Mūn Sutikku」

This was given to her by Luna. This was used to heal humans that had been changed into Yōma. The Silver Crystal, when attached to it able Sailor Moon to defeat Queen Beryl. To release the Moon Stick's power, Sailor Moon yells the phrase "Moon Healing Escalation!".
Orgel 「オルゴール　Orugōru」

This was given to Sailor Moon by Tuxedo Mask. When opened it would play an Orgel version of Moonlight Densetsu. This also helped to remove Queen Beryl's brain washing on Prince Endymion. This was originally given to Prince Endymion by Princess Serenity back in the days of the Silver Millennium kingdom.

Maboroshi no Ginzuishō (Silver Crystal) 「幻の銀水晶　Maboroshi no Ginzuishou」

Translates as "Phantom Silver Crystal", this was the gem that the Dark Kingdom, Tuxedo Mask, and the Sailor Soldiers were after. It was once owned by Queen Serenity and is now held by Sailor Moon. It was said to be the most powerful crystal in the Universe.

Crystal Star 「クリスタル・スター　Kurisutaru Sutā」

This brooch was given to Usagi by Queen Serenity, after her Transformation Brooch was shattered. The Silver Crystal was fused with Usagi's Transformation Brooch and upgraded its powers. To activate it, Usagi yells the phrase "Moon Crystal Power Make Up!" which released pink ribbons like her first brooch.

Cutie Moon Rod 「キューティ・ムーン・ロッド　Kyūti Mūn Roddo」

This was the weapon given to Sailor Moon by her mother, Queen Serenity. After Sailor Moon's Tiara stopped working against Cardians, Queen Serenity granted Sailor Moon with this improved Moon Stick item. To release its power, Sailor Moon yells the phrase "Moon Princess Halation!". After the first battle against the Death Busters, Sailor Moon's Cutie Moon Rod was lost.
Udedokei Kata no Tsūshinki 「腕時計型の通信機　Udedokei Kata no Tsūshinki」

Translates as "Wristwatch-type Communication Device". This was the replacement for the original communication tool. It is an upgraded version which is easier to access. These were given to the Sailor Soldiers by Luna and Artemis to help them contact each other. Each has their planetary symbol on the inside of it and flashes when an alert is coming through, or when only the audio track is being sent. The video component is viewed through the inside of the upper panel of the watch.

Cosmic Heart Compact 「コズミク・ハート・コンパクト　Kozumiku Hāto Konpakuto」

This was created from the love of Usagi and Mamoru. This transformed her into Sailor Moon, when the Crystal Star lost its shine. To activate it, Usagi yells "Moon Cosmic Power Make Up".

Spiral Heart Moon Rod 「スパイラル・ハート・ムーン・ロッド　Supairaru Hāto Mūn Roddo」

This is the weapon that was born from the love of Usagi and Mamoru, after Sailor Moon's 'Crystal Star' lost its shine. To release its power, Sailor Moon yells the phrase "Moon Spiral Heart Attack", and Super Sailor Moon "Rainbow Moon Heartache".
Holy Grail (Rainbow Moon Cálice) 「レインボー・ムーン・カリス　Reinboo Mūn Karisu」

Also known as the Holy Grail「聖杯　Seihai」, this powerful cup has the power to destroy or bring peace to the world. It can only be used by the Messiah, and allowed Sailor Moon to Power-up and transform into Super Sailor Moon. To activate it, Sailor Moon yells "Crisis Make Up".

Crisis Moon Compact 「クライシス・ムーン・コンパクト　Kuraishisu Mūn Konpakuto」

This was given to Sailor Moon by Pegasus to help her transform into Super Sailor Moon. This is an upgraded form of her 'Cosmic Heart Compact'. To activate it, Usagi yells "Moon Crisis Make Up!".

Kaleido-Moon-Scope 「カレイド・ムーン・スコープ　Kareido Mūn Sukōpu」 

This weapon given to Sailor Moon by Pegasus. This is an upgraded form of her 'Spiral Heart Moon Rod'. To release its power, Super Sailor Moon yells "Moon Gorgeous Meditation".
Eternal Moon Article 「エターナル・ムーン・アーティクル　Etānaru Mūn Ātikuru」

This is the brooch that transformed Usagi into her final form; Eternal Sailor Moon. This was created when all the Sailor Soldiers (Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn) lent their planet powers to Super Sailor Moon. To activate it, Usagi yells "Moon Eternal Make Up".
Eternal Tiare 「エターナル・ティアル　Etānaru Tiaru」

This is what the Kaleido-Moon-Scope became when Usagi transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon. This Weapon is used to perform Eternal Sailor Moon's "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!" attack.
Holy Moon Cálice 「ホーリー・ムーン・カリス　Hōrī Mūn Karisu」

This is the new Holy Grail which attaches to the Eternal Tiare. When this happens, the weapon becomes the Final Tiare. The origin of this item is unknown, but is believed to have been created when Chibi-Chibi touched Eternal Sailor Moon's Eternal Tiare.
Kyūkyoku no Tiare 「きゅーきょくのティアル　Kyūkyoku no Tiaru」

Translates as "Final Tiare". This item is a result of the combining of the Eternal Tiare and the Holy Moon Cálice. This item is used to perform Eternal Sailor Moon's "Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss!" attack which has the ability to change Phage back into humans. This was Eternal Sailor Moon's ultimate and final attack used.
Serenity Crystal Tiara 「セレニティ・クリスタル・ティアラ　Sereniti Kurisutaru Tiara」

This is the golden tiara that Neo Queen Serenity wears upon her head in the 30th Century. It is a symbol of her royal status as ruler of the planet Earth.
