	Transformations:
	Mars Power Make-Up! 「マーズ・パワー・メイクアップ！　Māzu Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Rei's Transformation Pen, so she can upgrade her Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Sailor Mars. When Rei yells out the phrase above, it activates her Pen and she becomes Sailor Mars.
	Mars Star Power Make-Up! 「マーズ・スター・パワー・メイクアップ！　Māzu Sutā Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Rei's Star Power Stick, so she can upgrade her Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Sailor Mars. When Rei yells out the phrase above, it activates her Stick and she becomes Sailor Mars.
	Mars Crystal Power Make-Up! 「マーズ・クリスタル・パワー・メイクアップ！　Māzu Kurisutaru Pawā Meikuappu!」 This requires Rei's Crystal Change Rod, so she can upgrade her Super Sailor Soldier Outfit, and become Super Sailor Mars. When Rei yells out the phrase above, it activates her Rod and she becomes Sailor Mars.
	Powers:
	Evil Spirit Disperse! 「悪霊退散！　Akuryō Taisan!」 This can be used both as Rei or when she is in her Sailor Mars form. She takes out an Ofuda Scroll and holds it between her middle and index fingers, willing it to become rigid. She then throws it at the enemy, making them unable to move on contact.
	Fire Soul! 「ファイヤー・ソウル！　Faiyā Sōru!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. Sailor Mars interlocks her hands, leaving her two index fingers, which generates a small fire ball. She takes aim and then released a spiraling fireball at her target.
	Fire Soul Bird! 「ファイヤーソウルバード！　Faiyā Sōru Bādo!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. Sailor Mars takes out an Ofuda Scroll and holds it between her middle and index fingers, willing it to become rigid. After throwing the Ofuda Sailor Mars interlocks her hands leaving her two index fingers, which generates a small fire ball. She releases the Fireball which engulfs the scroll and takes the form of a phoenix before annihilating the target.
	Burning Mandala! 「バーニング・マンダラー！　Bāningu Mandarā!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. Sailor Mars traces a full body circle with her index finger, leaving a trail of fire to mark her path. Six spheres containing a single kanji symbol appear around her; Sun, Moon, Star, Earth, Fire, Air, Water, Love. The spheres gather into Sailor Mars' open hands, before they shoot out towards her target as golden rings of fire.
	Mars Flame Sniper! 「マーズ・フレイム・スナイパー！　Māzu Fureimu Sunaipā!」 This requires Rei to be in her Super Sailor Mars form. Super Sailor Mars extends her right arm out with her fingers outstretched and begins the attack with yelling her guardian planet, "Mars!". The Mars Planetary Symbol glows on her palm and from that a spiral of fire appears.
	Combo Attacks:
	Sailor Teleport! 「セーラー・テレポート！　Sērā Terepōto!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. This is a combo attack that is used by Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They harness their powers together by holding hands in a circle and yelling out the phrase. They used this to escape Rubeus' UFO when it was exploding.
	Sailor Planet Power! 「セーラー・プラネット・パワー！　Sērā Puranetto Pawā!」
	Sailor Planet Attack! 「セーラー・プラネット・アタック！　Sērā Puranetto Atakku!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. This is a combo attack that is used by Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They harness their powers together to eliminate a very tough enemy.
	Silver Crystal Power! 「シルバー・クリスタル・パワー！　Shirubā Kurisutaru Pawā!」 This requires Rei to be in her Sailor Mars form. "The Power of Love & Friendship". This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chibi Moon. They hold hands in a circle with Super Sailor Moon in the middle and when yelling the phrase above, their planet power would be harnessed together along with the Silver Crystal's energy to create a powerful beam of cleansing light, which smashed Princess Snow Kaguya into pieces and the same with her ice comet.
	Sailor Special Garlic Attack! 「セーラー・スペシャル・ガーリック・アタック！　Sērā Supesharu Gārikku Atakku!」 This requires Rei to be in her Super Sailor Mars form. This is a combo attack that is used by Super Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. They breathe the garlic they ate the previous day onto the enemy.
