Rose Pierced Earrings 「ばらのピアス　Bara no Piasu」

These are the rose flower clip-on earrings that Makoto wears. She also keeps these when she is in Sailor Jupiter form. In her first encounter with Zoisite of the Dark Kingdom, Makoto threw one at Zoisite's face to distract him, giving her a chance to land a punch.
Henshin Pen 「変身ペン　Henshin Pen」

This powerful item was given to Makoto by Luna. This was used by Makoto to transform into Sailor Jupiter. The top half of this Transformation Pen is made from pure gold, while the bottom half is made from a green colored solid material. Once the words "Jupiter Power! Make-Up!" are yelled, the top the pen would activate. The Jupiter planetary symbol would light up and rapidly spin, while the sphere behind it glows green. The streams of lightning that transform Makoto into Sailor Jupiter originate from this sphere.
Combat Uniform 「戦闘服　Sentōfuku」

This is Sailor Jupiter's outfit when she has transformed. It consists of high ankle boots, short skirt, gloves etc.

When becoming Super Sailor Jupiter, star decorations are fixed to their choker, the ribbon on the back of her skirt gets bigger and longer.

Thunder & Lightning Antenna 「雷電アンテナ　Raiden Antena」

When Makoto Kino transforms into Sailor Jupiter, a tiara is placed on her forehead. Unlike the other Sailor Soldiers though, Sailor Jupiter's contains an extendable antenna (with a metallic sphere tip) which gathers lightning in aiding her for all her magical powers. Most notably her "Supreme Thunder", "Supreme Thunder Dragon", and "Jupiter Oak Evolution".
Communication Device 「通信機　Tsūshinki」

This is the hand-held communication device used by the Sailor Soldiers to help contact each other. They are high-tech devices with both an audio and visual component.
Star Power Stick 「スター・パワー・スティック　Sutā Pawā Sutikku」

Luna & Artemis gave Makoto this upgraded transformation Item. This is the second transformation tool she used by Makoto to become Sailor Jupiter.
Wristwatch Communication Device 「腕時計型の通信機　Udedokei Kata no Tsūshinki」

This is the replacement for the original Communication Device. It is as upgraded version which is easier to access. These were given to the Sailor Soldiers by Luna and Artemis, to help them contact each other. Each has their planetary symbol on the inside of it and flashes when an alert is coming through, or when only the audio track is being sent. The video component is viewed through the inside of the upper panel.
Crystal Change Rod 「クリスタル・チェンジ・ロッド　Kurisutaru Chenji Roddo」

Pegasus upgraded Sailor Jupiter's Star Power Stick into this new and improved Crystal Change Rod. This is the third transformation tool she has received and it enables Makoto to transform into Super Sailor Jupiter.
