Luna P 「ルナピー　Runa Pī」

Luna-P is the round cat face toy that resembles Luna which was given to Small Lady to take role as her guardian during Sailor Moon R. Luna-P does has a consciousness and protects the young princess whenever she is in danger. Its outer-layer appears to be made of a rubbery material that is able to be bounced quite high.
Space-time Key 「時空のカギ　Jikū no Kagi」

This is the key that Sailor Pluto gave to Small Lady when sending her to the past in Sailor Moon R. It is used for traveling back and forth through time. It took a few tries for Small Lady to finally learn how to use the key properly, so each time she tried it would have strange effects on Earth (i.e. gravity loss).
Phantom Silver Crystal 「幻の銀水晶　Maboroshi no Ginzuishou」

 The Silver Crystal was said to be the most powerful gem in the Universe. In the future it was used by Neo-Queen Serenity is cleanse the Earth of evil. Chibiusa thought that if she held the Silver Crystal, that it would make her a real lady like her mother, but it was absorbed into her body, and when the Black Moon attacked, the power of the Silver Crystal couldn't stop their powers penetrating the Crystal Palace and putting the Queen into a deep sleep. When Chibiusa managed to control the crystal, she became Princess Serenity, and helped her mother to banish the Death Fantom.
Prism Heart Compact 「プリズム・ハート・コンパクト　Purizumu Hāto Konpakuto」
This Compact was given to Chibiusa so that she could transform into a Sailor Soldier, thus, Sailor Chibi Moon was born. This compact is activated when Chibiusa shouts "Moon Prism Power Make Up!".
Combat Uniform 「戦闘服　Sentōfuku」

This is Sailor Chibi Moon's outfit when she has transformed. It consists of hair lockets, knee high boots, short skirt, gloves etc.
Tiara 「ティアラ　Tiara」

When Chibiusa transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon this would be placed on her forehead. Chibi Moon can also use this tiara to focus her personal energy.
Pink Moon Stick 「ピンク・ムーン・スチック　Pinku Mūn Sutikku」
When first been given the ability to transform into a Sailor Soldier, Chibi Moon was given this weapon which uses energy in the form of pink heart outlines to "annoy" the enemy. This Stick is activated when Chibi Moon shouts "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!". However, this attack doesn't always work, and has a limited distance.
Chibi Moon Compact 「ちびムーン・コンパクト　Chibi Mūn Konpakuto」

Pegasus' power upgraded Sailor Chibi Moon's Prism Heart Compact into this new improved Chibi Moon Compact which allows Chibiusa to transform into Super Sailor Chibi Moon.
Crystal Carillon 「クリスタル・カリヨン　Kurisutaru Kariyon」

Pegasus' power upgraded Super Sailor Chibi Moon's Pink Moon Stick into this Crystal Carillon which she uses to call Pegasus in order for Super Sailor Moon to use her Kaleido Moon Scope. This also takes on the characteristics of the Pink Moon Stick as it is able to fire pink love hearts out of the main bell area without needing an attack phrase.
Stallion Rêve 「スタリオン・レーヴ　Sutarion Rēvu」

 Pegasus gave this magical item to Chibiusa so that she can speak to him without them having to be in the dream realm. Acts as a communication device to offer Chibiusa advice on anything she asks. When Pegasus is called upon, the large orb at the top will glow and Pegasus appears.
Golden Mirror 「ゴールデン・ミラー　Gōruden Miraa」
Chibiusa's Dream Mirror just so happened to be the Golden Mirror that the Dead Moon Circus had been searching for. This mirror was the hiding place of Helios while in the form of the white horse, Pegasus.
Chibi Kaleido-Moon-Scope 「ちびカレイド・ムーン・スコープ　Chibi Kareido Mūn Sukōpu」

 This has only been generated once, and was used in a double team attack by Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon against the evil Badiane. The size of this scope is slightly smaller than Sailor Moon to match Chibi Moon's persona. It is activated when both Soldiers shout "Moon Gorgeous Meditation!"
