Chibi Chibi is the cute little girl with red pig-tails that resembles a younger Usagi, but Chibi Chibi's odango's are in the shape of hearts. Chibi Chibi first appeared when she floated down from the sky, holding a white umbrella with an orange pattern on it. Chibi Chibi came into the sight of Usagi when her umbrella got taken up by the wind and Usagi caught it. After that first encounter, Chibi Chibi followed Usagi and Luna but then disappeared. When she reappeared, Usagi found her inside her house and Usagi's mother was calling Usagi a bad sister for leaving Chibi Chibi at home and having fun without her. Usagi and Luna where shocked at this, and didn't quite understand how it had all happened. Chibi Chibi isn't old enough to speak proper sentences, but most of the time she would just says "Chibi!" or other copying the phrases of others. When Minako first saw her, she instantly claimed that she wanted one, and Makoto explained that she wasn't like a kitten. Ami wondered if she could be Chibiusa's sister and that Usagi and Mamoru would have another child, but Setsuna suddenly appeared and explained why that wouldn't be the case. It ended up being that Chibi Chibi was Sailor Galaxia's Starseed that she had sent out just after she concealed Chaos inside her body. This is the form the Starseed chose because of its resemblance to Sailor Moon. Chibi Chibi has mysterious powers which allow her to transport herself (and others) to different dimensions, and even the ability to erase black holes.
