Rini first appeared to Serena after falling out of the sky and landing on her. Serena wasn't sure whether or not she was working for the Negaverse, when she was trying to obtain the Silver Crystal. It was later discovered that she was trying to get the crystal to save her mother in the future world of Crystal Tokyo. Rini turned out to be the future daughter of Serena (Sailor Moon) & Darien (Tuxedo Mask) in their future forms as King and Queen of Tokyo, and the Earth. This kid has been known to be bratty and spoiled at times (a lot like Serena). She returned after saving her mom, to train as a Sailor Scout, Sailor Mini Moon.
